NC-v4 IPc1:Integrative process

Integrative process phase

Hello,
My client wishes to have his project certified in LEED V4.
The project is in the construction phase. However, there are still technical and architectural design studies. Is LEED certification still possible? Are there any credits or prerequisites that may not be applicable?

The project is part of an environmental and energy performance

Thank you in advance

How far into construction?  Has the HVAC equipment been ordered/installed? Has there been a commissioning authority involved?  The IPc1 credit is certainly not feasible.   Does it have cooling towers?  Has the plumbing been installed?

LEED is possible but definitely not ideal.

A drawing review must be performed by the CxA and demonstration of an impact of that drawing review would need to be documented.  This could impact the HVAC equipment should the CxA find something.

Ensure that you meet the WEp Indoor Water Use requirements.  And then, have you conducted an energy model?

Oh, and some other things I thought of.   For EQp, does the HVAC system have a BMS and include OA monitoring capabilities?
