Hi,
I am modeling a C&S building for the Construction Submittal, and I have to adjust the Design Submittal Energy Model because the Owner change the brand of the VRF systems.
The C&S equipment is installed, but the systems for the Tenant Spaces are not installed yet, they are stored waiting for the Tenant fit outs.
Which would be the right way to model this situation?
1. I use the installed equipment data for the Energy Modeling.
2. For the spaces that do not have the installation but they are assigned the HVAC systems, I use these data for the energy modeling. Indicating in the drasings that the space has the specific HVAC equipment but they are not installed yet.
Thank you very much!
Paula

If all the systems have been designed and purchased but not installed you should be able to model the proposed as designed.

Hello Paula, are you including the HVAC systems in the tenant space in the C&S scope of work?

Hello Francesco, yes, I am including HVAC systems in tenant spaces, and as I mentioned before, the systems have been purchased by the Building Owner, but they have not been installed. They are stored wainting for the tenants to install them.
So, what do I use to model the Proposed Building for the tenant spaces, the Project systems or the systems that have been purchased?.
Thank you!
