Still learning...the way the credit is written it makes it appear that it is you go EITHER go for the Infrastructure Credit (6% or 6 spaces, whichever is greater) OR EVSE Install (2% or 2, whichever is greater). If I had 20 parking spaces and installed 2 EVSE ports and also stubbed out an additional 6 Spaces with make-ready infrastructure, could I get 2 points for this project, or is the max 1 point by fulfilling either of these routes?
