My project has a balcony that projects away from the building, and does not provide a roof to an enclosed space for the building. How should the balcony be treated for this credit?

Should we include motorcycle parking spaces in our total parking count for the Parking Under Cover option?

Information on 10 years canopy

Do you know where information can be found to determine the daimeter of trees after 10 years of planting? Our landscaping architect have only the information in maturity. The width will depend on several factors, as well as climate. My project is in Montreal.

USGBC has not listed a resource for determining tree growth after a 10 year period for the purposes of this credit. It would be sufficient for the landscape professional on the project to make that determination based on soil conditions, climate, species, etc.
