Hi everybody,
I was envolved in LEED v4 C&S certification.
I would know if in Credit Indoor Water Use Reduction it’s possible to consider well water accumulated in water tank as alternative water sources to reduce potable water consumption.
The well water are treated by dedicated system.
Can I persue the credit using these water without implementing rainwater recovery system?
Thank you so much.

This post is older, but I wanted to connect it to a similar question in the NC page for this credit for cross-referencing: https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/forum/nonpotable-water-source
As of this response, it is not entirely resolved.
From the Ref Guide text, it seems that treated well water should be considered the same as collected and treated rainwater - if it has not been treated to potable standards, and is still non-potable, but not "raw". I defer to the conclusion that specific questions like these should be filtered through LEED Coach for official guidance.
