Indoor Water Use Reduction - Is water sense mandatory?

dear Gents,

Is that water sense Label is mandatory or I need to select the products for Products available in Middle east, can any one suggest me the Any water sense substitutes

Hello Premshad,  All newly installed toilets, urinals, private lavatory faucets, and showerheads that are eligible for labeling must be WaterSense labeled (or a local equivalent for projects outside the U.S.). Please refer to this link (https://www.usgbc.org/resources/international-water-labeling-programs) for a local equivalent for projects outside the U.S. If your country is not listed in the labeling program you need to meet the following requirement.  Note that the countries without a listed labeling program must meet the flush and flow requirements of “Table 6. Maximum installed flush or flow rates for prescriptive path” listed in the Step-by-Step Guidance section of the LEED Reference Guide.
