Hello Premshad,
All newly installed toilets, urinals, private lavatory faucets, and showerheads that are eligible for labeling must be WaterSense labeled (or a local equivalent for projects outside the U.S.). Please refer to this link (https://www.usgbc.org/resources/international-water-labeling-programs) for a local equivalent for projects outside the U.S. If your country is not listed in the labeling program you need to meet the following requirement.
Note that the countries without a listed labeling program must meet the flush and flow requirements of “Table 6. Maximum installed flush or flow rates for prescriptive path” listed in the Step-by-Step Guidance section of the LEED Reference Guide.
