I am considering pursuing the RP point available in Philadelphia, PA for Indoor Water Use Reduction. The required points threshold shown in the regional priority database is "7 points." When I review the v4 threshold for performance, I see that 35% should achieve 6 points, and 40% should achieve 8 points. Would it be appropriate to interpolate and estimate that achieving 37.5% would allow me to earn the Regional Priority point? Thanks!
