I suspect that all calculators in LEED are protected against alterations in the formulas behind them, so that they are reliable to the reviewers. If we all were allowed to alter them, they would no longer fulfil their purpose.
Cells that the user is supposed to fill out are not locket. What part are you having troubles with?

Thank you Maria, I actuallycan't fill in any cells , I started filling in no.of users and it didn't accept the no.

Ok, I just discovered a hack by creating a new group sheet and it goes well.

Ok great! Other than that you have to enable Macros and that other yellow box. Good luck!
