I am not sure if anyone had raised this question previously but sorry if they have, We have indoor landscapes, which are not potted plants in our project.We have gone for Plantations and Green walls in the indoor. The indoor environment is fully air conditioned. My doubt is whether the indoor landscaping should be considered for calculation or can it be omitted.? And if it is being considered for calculation what is the ETO rate of the Indoor Landscaping.?

And according to the LEED Reference Guide for Green Building Design & construction, 2009 "For Building without vegetation on the grounds, teams can earn points by reducing the use of potable water for watering any roof and courtyard garden space or outdoor planters, provided the planters and garden space cover at least 5% of the building site area (including building footprint, hardscape area, parking footprint, etc.)"- Even here the rating system has not mentioned the plantations to be indoor. So can someone please clarify whether indoor landscaping is valid for calculation?

Even though it meets one part of the intent, reducing irrigation water consumption, it does not meet the other part, outdoor water demand. There is no CIR on this particular subject, so I can't be certain, but I think you will not be able to use indoor landscaping to meet the credits requirements.
I would still try submitting an CIR.
