The Reference Guide states below:
"If the TVOC levels exceed 500 µg/m3, investigate for potential issues by comparing the individual VOC levels from the GC/MS results to associated cognizant authority health-based limits. Correct any identified issues and re-test if necessary. Teams will need to investigate any potential sources of higher TVOC level and perform corrective actions as necessary."
My question is regarding the "corrective actions" and "re-test if necessary". If we exceed 500µg/m3 for TVOC in one testing area, what would be an acceptable corrective action? Reclean just this room, run a HEPA filter in just this room?
Also, re-test if necessary it too vague. It is a very expensive test so if we identify the issues, does anyone have an example of what was acceptable for NOT re-testing.
Thank you.
