CI-2009 IEQc2:Increased Ventlilation

Increase Ventilation - Corridor

Hi, we intend to attempt this credit, but come across on our design that we does not have any dedicated FCU serving on this corridor. the corridor is a simple walkway for employees walk over to a customer lounge to meet up with client. the corridor is just 15 feet long. do i need to ensure this particular corridor have sufficient OA as to achieve this credit requirement.? the lobby or customer lounge connected by the walk way has sufficient OA (with a dedicated FCU serving this area) but by adding in the corridor SF, the whole required CFM increase. Please advice.

I've included corridors within the "office space" designation in my ventilation calculations. We may not be specifically supplying air to every corridor however we have accounted for the floor area within the ventilation calc. the LEED reviewers have not flagged me . . .yet
