Including Locker Rooms in IEQp1 Calculations

We are currently working on completing the design documentation for a large high school pursuing LEED v4. The Minimum IAQ Performance Calculator does not have a space type for locker rooms, which require ventilation (ASHRAE 62 has exhaust of 0.5 CFM/FT^2). Under LEED v3, there was an option for “Other” spaces that we used to add locker room spaces to the IEQp1 documentation. What do you recommend we use for a space type in the new form?  We cannot simply exclude these spaces as they are a majority of the area for the unit.
