I'm working on LEED CI project. I have asked client to list up the newly purchase equipment/appliances, but they have plan to use current ones after moving to new site. Now we're preparing design submission. In this case, how can I document for EA P2 and EA C1.4?? Is it still eligible to achieve credits?

You will not qualify for any credits under EAc1.4, but a narrative for EAp2 should be sufficient.
