Our HVAC designer is also the ventilation systems designer on our project. Does anyone know if each project team member is required to have only a single role, or can they somehow be given dual roles? If not then is it ok to sign the form with the HVAC designers initials (which are the correct ones anyway) and just state somewhere (perhaps under special circumstances) that the HVAC designer and Ventilation systems designer are the same person? Regards

It shouldn't matter - it's more common for one person to be given a role such as "HVAC Engineer" and then assigned to many different credits in the EA and IEQ categories, and even WE.
