IEQp1 ASHRAE 62MZ Calculator-Please Help

Help please! I have to submit the 62MZ Calcualtion today on a Storage Facility Project. IEQ Prereq 1 was denied and now in appeal. I have a VAV box serving a zone that contains Men's and Women's Locker, Men's and Women's restroom, and also a corridor and small Janitor's closet. Under space type I cannot find any fitting acceptable type. Also in the calculator would I lump this zone together? Or is it acceptible to break up the locker rooms/corridor within the same calc (since there is a zone type for corridors), but list the Zone Tags all as "VAV 1-6". How should I handle this area in my calc, so as not to be denied a third time by USGBC. Thanks!

Restrooms, lockers and janitor's closets are all exhaust spaces per ASHRAE 62.1-2007, Table 6.4. Restroom exhaust rates are per urinal/water closet. The exhaust air from from these spaces cannot be recirculated to class 1 spaces (office, etc.). Corridors are per Table 6.1. 0.6 cfm/sf and 0.0 cfm / person. If you are supplying ventilation air, not makeup air, into any of these spaces you have to include a dummy space type in the zone calculations, using the other (specify) option, to account for the loss of ventilation air. I use 0.0 cfm/sf, 0.0 cfm / person, 0 Pz. If you don't put a dummy space (other) into the calculations the required OA will come out too low.
