IEQc8.1 Daylighting Spreadsheet Calculator

We are working on a project using the May 2011 version of the daylighting and views spreadsheet. We are using excel 2007 with macros enabled. The spreadsheet does not aknowledge the use of skylights as part of the daylighting strategy. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
