Hello, I'm a little confused with this credit. I've entered all the information that I have for the systems furniture that is Greenguard or ANSI certified. I have one piece that is not certified. If I have to include all furniture items that were manufactured within one year of occupancy, how can I include this one item? Maybe I'm missing something...Should I not include it since it is not compliant? Help!

Emily, if I understand your question correctly, what you are dealing with is a piece of furniture that doesn't meet the credit requirements. So you do need to include it in your documentation, but unfortunately it's going to prevent you from earning the credit.
