We have a building that only has fan-assisted ventilation, meaning that there is no air-handler or ductwork - there are only exahust fans and air-movement fans in certain locations to move air in and out the building for natural ventilation. We are trying to figure out if we qualify as "natural ventilation" according to LEED?

If you're relying on those fans daily for ventilation, it's a mechanically ventilated building. Ductless, but mechanical.
