Our project is a hotel located in the city with huge problem with air pollution-smog. During 76 days in the year, the concentration of PM10 in the air is over the permitted limit. This is the reason, why the Investor decided to install smog sensor which will be informed hotel guest about outside air condition. Moreover, Investor wants to give his guests free anti-smog masks in the days with bad air condition.
One of my concerns is that the installation of smog sensors and free anti-smog masks can be option for innovation credits. Has anyone had success with LEED in claiming Innovation for the smog sensor and anti-smog masks?
