We're thinking about going for this credit for a Hospital project (NC v2.2), since code requires all hospitals to have strict mold prevention measures. Does the fact that we're complying with code reduce our chances from earning this credit?

Good question and I'm not sure of the answer. You are correct in pointing out that healthcare regulations meet or exceed the requirements of this credit. The bigger stumbling block I'm having is that you have a v2.2 project and you are looking at a v3 credit. Since this credit requires successful compliance with other v3 credits, your project would have to document those credits at v3 and not v2.2. Could you do that and not muck up everything?
