NC-v4 EQc4:Indoor air quality assessment

IAQ Testing Post Constuction - Pre Occupancy

I'm try to figure out how many tests I need to run for EQ3 V4. New building, 2 floors, 25K EA, some open areas, lots of office and meeting rooms on the perimter, not in a nonattaiment zone. At one test per 5K of floor area that would be 10 tests, 5 per floor. I think there are too many office and other closed area to try to use the rule of seven. 

Suggestions, commets?
