Our project is a government office that will be continuously occupied throughout the duration of construction. (Workers will move to a different office or cubical on the day(s) that their space is under construction.) The occupancy date we are using is the lease renewal date. Do you have any suggestions about how to go about IAQ testing after construction ends and prior to occupancy?

Maggie,
Your project is probably just not a good application for this credit. Not all credits makes sense for all projects. It would still be valuable to do a flush out of sorts, but it would be unfeasible to get the credit.
