Hi Marge, the LEED-EBOM Recertification Guidance and the LEED-EBOM v4 credit (www.leeduser.com/credit/EBOM-v4/EQc1#lang-tab) require that an I-BEAM audit is performed at least once every 5 years. The title of your post refers to another credit though (IEQc1.5), so I recommend posting on that forum if you have a question related to construction IAQ.
