Hi, my building has a single tenant and we are going for LEED ID+C. The building is served by a water-cooled chiller plant and chilled water fan coil units. Looking at the ADEG for climate zone 1, there is no reference for chiller efficiency for a water-cooled chiller. So how do I know if the existing chillers' performance is eligible for LEED?
Also, for submission purpose, do I just provide the rated specifications of the chillers or do I conduct a energy audit to determine the existing chiller plant performance?
As the existing FCUs are CAV, does that mean that they do not comply to the recommendations for FCUs in 50% ADEG?

If there is no specific requirement then you do not have to demonstrate compliance.
You could provide either one.
It does appear that variable speed fans are required.
