Hi, I am trying to classify an HVAC System (for the Baseline model) of 3731 m2 distribuited on 6 conditioned floors (HealthCare facilities). Checking the Table G3.1.A (Ashrae 90.1-2007) apparently there is a conflict on the Building Type, because "Non residential and More than 5 Floors "or" > (more than) 14000m2 would be able to fit for the building conditions. Should it considered the System 6 instead (Electric and other) and why? Thanks in advance.

Since it is more than 5 floors it would be a system 7 or 8 even if less that 14000 m2.
