How is the requirement for a warehouse different from a new construction?

Hi!
Can someone explain to me what is the difference between the warehouse and the new building? While I read the instructions, the requirement for the inventory is different from the "LEED Credit Form". The requirements in the Warehouse Form are the same as the new construction. Is there anything I need to take note of?
