we have a VRF(Variable Refrigerant Flow) system for air conditioning . if we want to execute commissioning , how can i do this credit ? how to verify VRF system performance? thanks .

You cannot exclude commissioning, it is a pre-requisite. Much of the controls (most) are packaged into the condensing unit and the individual units. However, like any other device, there are sequences the systems is to follow. My experience with VRF has been that if they are given some time to operate if there is a problem it will come up pretty quickly, or in the first year. I had one particular project where the units were failing and blame was laid on the designer but ultimately it was failures of the control boards and the manufacturer had to replace all of the circuit boards at their cost (and the designer had to eat their time of course). So just working each unit through some simple responses to changes in the room setpoint is of value. Having all systems in heating and then cooling can test the condensing unit response. Work with the manufacturer of the system to identify safe ways to test the system safeties and other sequences. Also, in my experience, you will need to do seasonal testing since many things cannot be tested if outdoor conditions are not appropriate for the test. So test heating when it is cold out, and cooling when it is warm.
