How to choose Zone system (ERV+Separate air conditioner)

We are currently experiencing
(1) One ERV supplies OA to one space (the air conditioner is separated).
(2) One ERV supplies OA to four spaces (the air conditioners are independently separated).
 to choose Single-Zone Systems, Multiple-Zone Systems or 100% Outdoor Air Systems.
Is that one correct?
