Hot Gas Reheat

Hello everyone,

We are working on a project with dehumidification, which has a hot gas reheat to decrease the heating load after the cooling stage. 

Can I claim savings because of the hot gas reheat since the baseline is not required to have it?

Yes, you can claim savings.  Just make sure it isn't overestimating the savings.  The HGR should only be available when the DX is on.
