Option 3 demands one carshare-vehicle parking space for every 100 occupants. Elsewhere I found the following specification: occupants in hospitality are the employees, hotel guests are the residents, and visitors (of the hotelrestaurant or the swimming pool) are the transients. We now want to know, wheter this specification holds for all Credits, and we need to provide carshare-spaces only for employees, or do we have to provide carsharing spaces also for hotel uests and dayly visitors as well?
