Hi - anyone have an answer to how to do counts for hospitality? It doesn't seem reasonable that you'd be counting guests to get your final numbers. Is there precedent to just use peak of ground floor mixed use visitors and hotel employees to get our 2.5% and 5% to know how many bike spaces?

Hannah, I am not aware of a different count method for hospitality, and I'm skeptical for the following reason.
When USGBC created the adaptations like Hospitality, they chose a handful of credits to adjust to be more relevant to those project types. For the sake of setting some priorities, they did not go through all the credits. So since you don't see an adjusted method here, I would doubt one officially exists.
That said, I don't think the door would be closed if you were to contact USGBC/GBCI and propose an alternative calculation method. I would make it as rigorous as possible.
If you learn more here please post back.

Hannah, did you end up proposing an alternative method of counts for Hospitality projects? Did USGBC/GBCI accept?
