My project is a hotel/library/recreation center with patrons that stay for more than ten hours each week. Do I need to survey these guests?

Can we collect anonymous survey responses but still incentivize individuals to respond by offering a prize?

What happens if there are many areas of occupant dissatisfaction that require corrective action? We might not have the time to address everything before we have to submit our LEED application.

Higher Ed Students

Students in grade 6 and above are to be included in K-12 building comfort surveys. In Higher Ed applications, should college students be included in surveys?

Hi Mark - you don't need to include higher ed students because they're considered visitors, not regular building occupants. The exception to the visitor classification is when the project is a dormitory, and then they're considered residents.
