Hi Green Gurus, 

I am happy to join this group, and would like to share a short introduction of myself. I’m Jais, and I am with FXCollaborative as a Sustainability Design Specialist working with Ilana Judah. I have been here little over a month and am enjoying it so much! 

I have studied architectural design focused on Sustainability and High Performance buildings. I have worked as a sustainability consultant for last 3 years. My experience focuses on technical analysis such as daylighting, glare, outdoor comfort, parametric analysis and green building certifications. Passive House projects are also my big passion. 

I am active in NYC attending and organizing events through Urban Green Council. If you see me somewhere, please feel free to say hi! My goal and passion is to incorporate sustainable strategies in early phase and help integrating them into design smoothly. I still have a lot to learn- I am looking forward to learning from this group and meeting you in person.
