I am getting absolutely no where with GBCI customer service who will not let me talk to their IT department (tell me - who does that?) - thought I would try here.
Internet Explorer 11 automatically accidentally installed on my system a few weeks ago. LEED online is not compatible with this version, so I uninstalled back to IE10, then IE8 (I have windows - 64 bit).
I can log into my account at LEED online - but the tabs don't work from there - it just keeps me back at the home page. I did all the obvious - compatibility view settings, etc., cleared the browser history, etc. Still no fix.
Has anyone had this problem - what can I do? This problem is not going on 2 days of unbillable time !!!!! Maybe I should have yelled earlier but this is totally unacceptable - I hate to tell my clients not to do LEED because the website is a disaster!

Hi Michele,
I feel your pain as I had the same exact experience. Came to work one morning to discover my 64-bit laptop had automatically installed IEv11. I've done everything I know possible, including using the F12 Developer Tools to adjust compatibility settings, but have had no luck thus far. I used the contact form at gbci.org to notify them of the issue. No response to date.
As a work around, I've resorted to dusting off an old laptop and using it to do my LEED Online work for now.
GBCI has historically been very slow to address compatibility issues with new versions of IE and Adobe, so I wouldn't hold my breath. If you find a working solution via setting adjustments, or get a response from GBCI, please post here. I will do the same.
Good luck!

Michele and William,
I am having the same challenges as both of you and I, too, have not received any help from GBCI. I tried the old laptop, but I'm afraid it is too old and it is just not working either. I wanted to see if either of you has had any luck in getting in and if so, what was your solution. Thanks!
