Help with LEED ND

Im a beginner and not familiar with the certification process and actual documentation. Where can I get samples or ideas on how to to begin making a simple LEED-ND assessment report including checklist, scorecard, utility demand KPIs, and recommendations for the following scope: Assessing the intent of a Masterplan addressing Street patterns, Open connectivity to the surrounding communities, Resident support through provision of a mix of socio-economic factors, Energy efficiency, Water efficiency, and evaluation of utilities assets locations for the following scope · Recommendation on the renewable energy systems (type of technology, capacity, and methods to integrate). · Review of utility demand calculations and finalising KPIs as per International standards and best practices. · Preparation of a checklist of sustainable design items that may be included in the design as per LEED for Neighbourhood Development Plan.
