We have a PV array installed on our campus, under the same ownership, but not on the building or within the LEED project boundary. Can we count that toward EAc2?

Hello, Will the energy harvested from a heat recovery equipment installed on a chiller and/or the fresh air system in our project count towards on-site renewable energy?

No. This counts toward energy efficiency under EAp2/EAc1.
