NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
Greetings,
how can i confirm that the proposed Heat exchangers comply with LEED EAp 2 minimum energy performance ? and what is the requirement of ASHRAE 90.1.2007 fro the same material ?

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

I don't think there are any required minimum levels of performance for heat exchangers. Section 6.5.6 talks about minimum efficiecies but this is prescriptive so not required for compliance. The requirements for LEED and 90.1-2207 are one and the same for this issue.
