I'm wondering if people are seeing any increase in WELL or Fitwel certification interest? Or any other 3rd party systems aimed at health and wellness? WELL seems like a higher bar and now WELL v2 offers more flexibility. Is interest and adoption of 3rd party health and wellness certs growing?

Julia, We are seeing a bump in interest for WELL and Fitwell with some clients going forward with certification. We tend to bias towards WELL as that has more design focus for us compared to Fitwell. Best,

I agree, there is an uptick in inquiries. Most of what I see in terms of commitments is in the northeast area. Core/shell clients, in particular, seem interested in the marketing aspect to potential tenants. It's been slow but steady over the last ~4-5 years for us.

There's an increase over the last 3-4 years. Fitwel is prodominate when an owner self performs without a design professional and WELL when clients want a differentiator. IWBI continues to grow, be flexible, and has the ability to provide information to our industry quickly.

I have been discussing and pitching a lot on WELL Health and Safety. It is a lower bar than full WELL certification and was designed around COVID-19 and other comunicable diseases. However, it is heavy on policy and practices and not on design.
