You can find Environmental Choice CCD-104 (Ecologo) certified hand soaps here: http://productguide.ulenvironment.com/SearchResults.aspx?CertificationID...
There's no convenient product library (that I know of) for finding non-antimicrobial soaps... but your custodial services provider can likely recommend compliant product options as well.
