Group Approach for EAp2 & EAc1 certification

The question is related to Group Approach when we input two building details in minimum energy performance calculator, out of two building one of the building will not achieve the energy cost saving, but in summary (which sum of both building) if we get energy cost saving is it the project will get certified? For example, Building-A Energy cost saving is 22% & Building-B Energy cost savings -8%(negative) and overall(A&B) energy cost saving is 16% is that project get can certified. Since for new construction model it should demonstrate an improvement of 5% to certified. Is it holds for each building or combined building in Group Approach. Your advice will be highly appreciated.
