NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

Gross Area=Regularly occuppied + Unconditioned

We've been requested be the reviewer that the sum of regularly occuppied areas plus the unconditioned spaces mus be equal to the total gross area. We have not been requested this issue in previous projects. This means that one space CANNOT be regularly occupied AND unconditioned, which is weird.
