Speaking of appurtenances, there is a rooftop pool. Should that be included? Do I need to figure out the SRI value of water?

Can I calculate the green roofs over an underground parking garage? (I calculated them as part of the landscape for SS CR 7.1-non roof) Thanks

Assuming that the below grade garage is conditioned, I would calculate this as roof area, not as landscape. (Green roof area can count as landscape for SSc5.1 and 5.2 if you meet SSc2 Development Density and Community Connectivity. For 5.1 the roof needs to contribute to habitat -- sedum only doesn't count.)

what if the underground parking is not air conditioned but has mechanical ventilation and "enclosed" ? shall green roofs on top of it be counted ?
