EBOM-2009 SSc7.2:Heat Island Reduction—Roof

Green Roof Installation After PC for C&S

Hi, I have a Core & Shell Project that will be installing a Green Roof after the Post Construction stage (i.e. 6 months after C&S Completion) Can such credits as, SSc7.2 Heat Island Effect - Roof, be awarded under the Core and Shell Assessment once a legal document confirms that the Green Roof will be installed in 6 months?
