NC-2009 SSc5.2: Site Development—Maximize Open Space
If my green roof is covered half with vegetation and half with wood, can it contribute to the open space area?
If yes, can all the roof area contribute to the credit compliance, or only the amount of sq ft covered with vegetation?
The roof is accessible for tenants and we apply for SSc2 Development Density.
