Not sure where to post this but is anyone else having trouble with Green Plaque? I just received access to one of my certified projects and the congratulatory letter was formatted so bad that a big blue line was going down the center of the letter and the side part with Mahesh's information was bleeeding into the letter making it unreadable. Haven't received any response from green plaque and sent multiple emails. Also a project I had certified and ordered in early January still said pending. Usually they took 2-3 weeks max to get the certificate out. Please let me know if you are also having trouble.
