We are using the full building's green cleaning policy as SScr1 Path 12 "Other Quantifiable Environmental Performance" for our LEED CI project. If the policy has been in use for a few years prior to our interiors project, what should our performance period be? Does it matter? Are they expecting us to track equipment, hand hygeine, and occupant comments for a performance period? (They currently just use a green cleaning vendor, so they don't track equipment in house.) Hand heygeine and cleaning is continuously monitored since they are in a hospital setting so not sure how formally we need to document this. Any insight documenting this credit for a CI project would be helpful.
