Has anyone successfully earned an ID point for Green Cleaning in a residential condo building?  The common areas of the building would be under a green cleaning contract that meets the credit requirements.  The developer also plans to distribute "green cleaning kits" and instructions to all residents at move-in, but then the unit owners would have to do their own cleaning and would be on their own after that. 

Anyone think this will work? Anyone have suggestions for a condo situation? Thanks!
