Website says "Green Business Certification Institute" but the Confirmation of Agent's Authority form says "Green Building Certification Institute".
Does the difference matter? Does anyone know?
Have submitted the question to USGBC.
Thanks!

Deborah, which website or page are you referring to? Sounds like a typo...

It was Green Building Certification Institute but they changed it exactly 5 years ago. So the Confirmation of Agent's Authority form could be outdated. Check and see that its the latest one. If not, sounds like a typo.

I just downloaded one about 2 minutes before I sent in my question to this forum. Still waiting for USGBC's response.

All, just received this from USGBC: "Good catch, and yes it does matter. W[ith] the recent changes to our websites, the LEED Online "Details" Tab is linking to an outdated version of the form from 2011. We are working on getting that fixed. The correct version of the form is dated 12-1-2016 and it is available here: : https://gbci.org/legal. To download, please click "Confirmation of Agent's Authority", then the "Download" button."
