Glazing location for visual access

One of our project (office building), sill height of the glazing is 6.5 feet from finished floor level & glazing height is 3.3 feet. All the regularly occupied spaces are having glazings at this height only.Whether it can be possible to consider these glazing for views credit (or) it should be in between 3.5 feet to 7.5 feet. Please reply...

You would simply only count the area between 3.5-7.5 feet, or in your case, 3.5-6.5 feet.

I agree with your suggestion. In my case there is no glazing from 3.5 feet to 6.5 feet. Glazing is starting from 6.5 feet and ending at 9.8 feet. For this glazing, I can consider 1 feet glazing as a vision glass. Whethere this 1 feet vision glazing will give enough visual access for the occupants and shall I consider this type glazing for this credit compliance. Please let me know.

I'm sorry I misunderstood your question, but the same logic applies. You can only count the area between 6.5-7.5 feet.

Count the area means calculating the floor area (of regularly occupied spaces) which are having visual access to the outdoor through this 1 feet glazing. Please confirm.
