Hello!
I would like to know from those who have worked with curtain walls, which U value do you take from ASHRAE for the baseline of the project. I'm almost sure it's no treated as a window (I read the comments below) but instead how is it going to be treated ? I'm working in a 3A zone. Thank you very much in advance!

It is treated as a window. Make sure you select metal framing (storefront/curtain wall) and not Metal Framing (all others). The later would be for metal framed windows that are not storefront or curtain wall. Many projects with curtain wall will also have more standard windows and in this case your baseline should have two different window performance values.

The problem to choose the accurate type of window or wall is that the glazing account for more than 40%, in the ASHRAE guide for windows/curtain walls specifies that glazing should account between 0% to 40%. I have seen projects which have almost 100% glazing and have been certified by LEED but I do not know how to treat glazing that accounts for more than 40%.
Thank you!

Model the Proposed as designed. Model the Baseline according to Table G3.1-5 Baseline (c). The Baseline will be limited to 40% window to wall ratio. Basically in many climates you will pay a penalty for going over 40%.
